Patient Representation
 

Peninsula Hospital Center’s Patient Representative is available to assist patients, their families and visitors with hospital-related concerns such as assisting patients and guests in the areas of complaint resolution, ethical issues and customer service.  The Patient Representative acts as a direct link to administration, social work, dietary and to the medical and nursing staff.  Patient satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and our Patient Representative plays a key role as the liaison between patients and the Hospital Center. 

 The Patient Representative visits each new patient and will continue to follow up with them until discharge.  The Hospital Centers wants its patients to understand their rights and to feel comfortable in hospital surroundings.  Our Patient Representative is there for our patients whenever they need assistance.
