Our professionally trained social work staff, from the Performance Improvement Department, is available to assist patients and their families in coping with the emotional, financial and social stresses of illness, injury or disability.  We also plan with you and arrange for the health care services that are often needed after discharge, including home care (such as nursing or physical therapy), nursing or rehabilitation facility placement or social welfare agency referral.

             A social worker is always available throughout the week to help you.
